Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, that is, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Shipping fees paid on the initial order will not be refunded. 
The cost of shipping any items returned + all applicable duties if it's an international shipment will be paid by the customer
A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied.

To start a return process, you can contact us at: returns@bnorthdomicile.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example: personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care products (such as beauty, skincare and bath products), Jessica Redditt clothing (due to limited edition item quantities, we are not not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time).

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our bedding products or sleepwear. 

We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, but the product packaging must be retained and the sewn-in label must always be affixed to the product. Any return request due to manufacturing defects will be subject to prior approval and the product should be returned for inspection to determine if it can be repaired and / or replaced. Your order cannot not be changed or cancelled 24 hours after it's been placed. Colours displayed online could vary slightly from the actual product delivered. We cannot offer returns on items if the return is due to a discrepancy between the colour and online image and the actual product. 

Also for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any duvets, throws, blankets or pillows.

Due to the nature of handmade products, we do not offer returns or refunds on these items. The uniformity of pattern and shape may vary.  Please read the "Perfectly Imperfect" tab for each item before placing your order.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

To complete your return, we need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons that are not attributable to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or to the original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us returns@bnorthdomicile.com .

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different colour, please email us at returns@bnorthdomicile.com.The cost of shipping (and duties if applicable) on any items for exchange to BNorth Domicile will be paid by the customer.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return once returned.
